Train rides into the scenic Lehigh Gorge State Park originate from the historic Passenger Station of the former Central RR of New Jersey in the downtown Historic District of Jim Thorpe, Pennsylvania.

DIRECTIONS FROM:

NORTH JERSEY & NYC AREA -
Take I-80 West into PA. Get off at Blakeslee exit #284. Make a left onto route 115 south. Go approximately 3 to 4 miles and turn right onto route 903 south. Continue on 903 for approximately 18 miles into Jim Thorpe. Go across the bridge to the traffic light. Make a left turn. This will bring you to the Historic District of Jim Thorpe.

CENTRAL NEW JERSEY -
Take I-78 west into PA. Take I-476 N (PA Turnpike, Northeast Extension). Get off at exit #74.

DELAWARE, BALTIMORE, & DC AREA -
Take I-95 north to I-76 west into Philadelphia area.

PHILADELPHIA & SOUTH JERSEY -
Take I-76 west to I-476 north. Stay on I-476 north (it becomes the Northeast Extension of the PA Turnpike) for approximately one hour. Get off at exit #74.

WESTERN PENNSYLVANIA -
Take I-80 east to I-476 south. Get off at exit #74.
OR
Take the PA Turnpike east to I-81 north to I-78 east to the Allentown area. Take I-476 north (PA Turnpike, Northeast Extension). Get off at exit #74.

FROM EXIT 74 -
This is the Mahoning Valley exit. From here, follow PA Rt. 209 south for approximately 6 miles into Jim Thorpe. At the main traffic light, the train station is to the right.

PARKING:
Street parking is metered and public lots may require a nominal fee.
