“What a beautiful train ride. I did First Class with the kids and dog which reminds you of an old ice cream shop. It's super cute. You get a free drink and snack. Next time I'll do the dome car. You can bring food on the train but get there early for a table. The scenery was beautiful. I definitely recommend spring or fall though.”

The train is really well kept for such an old town they take pride in what they do from the moment you buy your ticket to get on the train. The staff has their uniforms on as well as the conductors. “The railroad offers an amazing experience with their beautiful railcars and locomotives. There is a wide variety of seating options available from open air coaches to standard class seating. The coach cars have been restored beautifully and are super clean. All of the train staff were very friendly and knowledgeable making or trip memorable. Our grandson wants to come back tomorrow for another ride!”

“Was a great trip with beautiful colors. Have been across all the lower 48 states and this was one of the best trips (if not the best) for fall foliage colors! Train cars were orderly and clean! Went on trip for my nieces birthday and all the little ones really enjoyed the train ride!”
