IMPORTANT AuTUMN LEAF SEASON INFORMATION:
Our Autumn Leaf schedule for 2025 has been posted. It runs from Wednesday, October 1 through Sunday, November 16, 2025.
All LGSR Autumn Leaf train rides are 45 minutes long. The full route is still covered within this time frame as with our usual 70-minute rides.
Seating options are Standard Coach, Crown Class Coach, and Open-Air Cars.
Please note that tickets for LGSR train rides during Autumn Leaf season are not sold in advance; all ticket sales are conducted in-person at the Jim Thorpe ticket booth on a first-come / first-serve basis, day-of-trip only. The exception to this is for groups of 10 or more seeking to book for a weekday.

The Lehigh Gorge Scenic Railway is currently operating DAILY!
The train ride lasts about 70 minutes, round-trip. Autumn Leaf trains run 45 minutes round-trip. Schedules will be adhered to as closely as possible.
We recommend arriving one hour prior to your scheduled train departure.
All trains are diesel-powered, unless otherwise specified.
Handicap access to the train is available at the Jim Thorpe Station. Ask for details when you pick up your tickets.
Our train is family friendly! Smoking and alcoholic beverages are not permitted on the train.
Well behaved dogs are welcome to ride the train free-of-charge.
Restrooms are available in the station and also available on all trains.
